Wendy is currently CEO at Latrobe Valley Enterprises who have been in business in Morwell since 1967.

Wendy is born and raised in Gippsland and has held senior management positions at key organisations such as ASIC, Latrobe Regional Hospital and Latrobe Community Health Services over the past 19 years.
Wendy spent a number of years in health and dental and was instrumental in reducing public dental waiting lists through re-modelling services, implementing lean practices and establishing student teaching clinics at LCHS. She has a strong background in community and stakeholder engagement, operational and strategic management and brings management experience in health, government, waste and business development. She loves working in environments where her job is about caring for others and this is where she gains the most job satisfaction and feels she can truly make a difference in other people’s lives.
Wendy and her husband personally funded Protective Behaviours introduction into Victoria (a program for prevention of child abuse), which aims to teach children and those who care for them about preventative measures. Wendy is passionate about Gippsland and wants to help drive positive change for the region and to see it prosper in the coming years.
